1. Introduction

Welcome to BNP Clinic. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the BNP Clinic website, mobile platforms, and all related services provided by BNP Clinic (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our website or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue use of our website and services immediately. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time, and such changes will be effective upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our services following any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

  • “Clinic” refers to BNP Clinic, a dermatology and aesthetic medicine clinic located in Gangnam-gu, Seoul, Republic of Korea, including its physicians, staff, and authorized representatives.
  • “Patient” refers to any individual who registers an account, books an appointment, or receives medical or aesthetic services from the Clinic.
  • “Services” refers to all medical consultations, dermatological treatments, aesthetic procedures, and related care provided by the Clinic, whether in-person or via telemedicine.
  • “Website” refers to the BNP Clinic website, including all pages, content, features, and online booking functionality accessible at our domain.

3. Account Registration

To book appointments and access certain features of our Website, you may be required to create an account. Account registration is completed through mobile phone verification via SMS. By registering, you confirm that:

  • All personal information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.
  • You are at least 14 years of age, or have obtained parental or guardian consent as required under Korean law.
  • You will maintain the security of your account credentials and accept responsibility for all activity under your account.
  • You will promptly update your information if any changes occur.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false or misleading information, or that are used in violation of these Terms.

4. Appointment & Cancellation Policy

Appointments may be booked through our Website, by phone, or via authorized messaging platforms. By scheduling an appointment, you agree to the following:

Cancellation. Appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time. Cancellations made within the 24-hour window may be subject to a cancellation fee.
No-Show Fee. Patients who fail to attend a confirmed appointment without prior notice will be charged a no-show fee of 50,000 KRW. This fee must be settled before any future appointments can be booked.
Rescheduling. Appointments may be rescheduled free of charge if notice is provided at least 24 hours in advance. Rescheduling within the 24-hour window is treated as a cancellation and is subject to the applicable fee.
Late Arrival. Patients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be asked to reschedule if the delay affects subsequent appointments. The Clinic will make reasonable efforts to accommodate late arrivals when possible.

The Clinic reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, including physician unavailability or emergencies. In such cases, we will contact you as promptly as possible to arrange an alternative time.

5. Medical Services

BNP Clinic provides dermatological and aesthetic medical services performed by licensed physicians in accordance with Korean medical regulations. By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • All treatments require an initial consultation with a physician. Treatment plans are determined at the physician’s professional discretion based on individual assessment.
  • Individual results may vary. The Clinic does not guarantee specific outcomes from any treatment or procedure.
  • Our services are not a substitute for emergency medical care. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please contact 119 (Korean emergency services) or visit the nearest emergency room immediately.
  • You are responsible for disclosing your full medical history, current medications, allergies, and any relevant health conditions prior to treatment.
  • Separate informed consent will be obtained before specific procedures as required by applicable medical regulations.

6. Payment Terms

Payment for services is due at the time of your visit unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. The following payment terms apply:

  • All prices are quoted in Korean Won (KRW) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
  • Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Samsung Pay, Kakao Pay), cash, and bank transfer.
  • Treatment pricing may vary based on the scope of the procedure, materials used, and the treating physician. Final pricing will be confirmed during your consultation.
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and are subject to the Clinic’s refund policy. Refunds for completed treatments are generally not available.

The Clinic reserves the right to adjust service pricing at any time. Any price changes will not affect appointments that have already been confirmed at a quoted price.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) of the Republic of Korea and all applicable data protection regulations.

Your personal data, including but not limited to contact information, medical records, and treatment history, is collected, processed, and stored solely for the purpose of providing medical services, managing appointments, and improving your patient experience. We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties except as required by law or with your explicit consent.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the BNP Clinic Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, photographs, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video content, and software, is the property of BNP Clinic or its content suppliers and is protected by Korean and international intellectual property laws.

The BNP Clinic name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of BNP Clinic. You may not use such marks without our prior written permission. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, or use of our content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BNP Clinic, its physicians, employees, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our Website or Services.

The information provided on our Website is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. While we endeavor to keep the information accurate and up to date, we make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, or suitability of the information.

Medical treatments inherently carry risks that vary by individual patient. Your treating physician will discuss specific risks, benefits, and alternatives during consultation. The Clinic’s liability for any claims related to medical services shall be limited to the extent permitted under Korean medical law.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms, the Website, or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Seoul Central District Court (서울중앙지방법원) as the court of first instance. Both parties agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of said court.

12. Effective Date
