I had a consultation and treatment with Dr. JC today. I received Ultherapy and ONDA, and I’m really happy with the experience. The clinic was easy to find, and since it’s a standalone building, it felt very private and luxurious. I was able to have my consultation in English with Dr. JC, and they also have an English-speaking staff member from the U.S., which made everything very comfortable. Overall, it was a great experience, and I’m excited to see the results.

因為最近有臉部緊緻度的困擾，所以去了一家皮膚科診所，整體體驗非常滿意，所以想來分享一下我的心得。診所內部非常乾淨、環境也很好，第一印象就很不錯。工作人員也都很親切，從諮詢到療程過程都讓人感到很放鬆、沒有壓力。 我主要的困擾是深層臉頰（深層頰凹）和木偶紋，而且我本身臉頰脂肪不多，所以一直很猶豫不知道適合做什麼療程。諮詢的時候醫師很仔細地幫我看臉部狀況，也很詳細地解釋適合我的療程，最後建議我做 Sofwave，所以我就決定接受這個療程。 療程前也幫我做了很仔細的設計，施作的過程也非常細心，讓人可以很安心地接受治療。現在做完大概一個月了，可以感覺到深層臉頰的部分比之前更緊緻、輪廓也更順，木偶紋看起來也沒有之前那麼明顯。 設計和施作都非常仔細，而且效果也很好，所以我個人真的非常滿意。整體來說，無論是環境、諮詢還是療程體驗都讓人很滿意。

Visited clinic and met the 2 insta-doctor-pharmacist couple. Pharmacist JiSeon Lee and Global Services staffer Grace are warm and welcoming. They knew me from just the Whatsapp chat. We connected like family right away. They guided me to Dr JC - the magic hands of the clinic. He has great conversational and medical English skills. I understood everything. Expressed my concerns - about past "injuries" from another clinic. Grace translated as soon as support staff needed to talk to me, so nothing got lost in translation. Dr JC made sure I got all of the pain-free options. And he was right, I felt safe, closed to painless. Possibly less than 2 on most of face, and maybe 3-4 on the skin thin boney areas. But it was quick at those spots. At the end, we took departing picture - like a family visit. Pharmacist JiSeon even walked me over to local pharmacy to recommend K-pharma beauty products that she talked about in instagram. What else can you I asked for a first visit in SK. I have never gotten this much attention from medspas at home. THANK YOU and I will return again. J

They have an amazing translator, Grace, and Dr. JC and his lovely wife are so charming. The doctor explained everything to me in detail so I was reassured with everything. I visited the clinic the same day after seeing it on Instagram. Since it was a same-day booking, I couldn’t see Dr. JC, but I was informed about this in advance when making the reservation. Instead, I had a consultation with the associate doctor, a coordinator, and an interpreter, and they explained everything in detail. The treatment felt very careful and professional. Overall, I had no difficulty receiving services as a foreign patient. The entire building is dedicated to the clinic, and the atmosphere is very luxurious. Next time, I will definitely make a reservation in advance so I can consult with Dr. JC and receive treatment from him.

I had a wonderful time at this clinic. The staff were very helpful and friendly, and all extremely knowledgeable. The doctor was exceptionally gentle throughout my visit. I was visiting from Canada and could not have been more impressed. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone visiting South Korea. I will definitely be back!
